Please carefully review the following order agreement form as it serves as your final order agreement.

Thank you for your interest in our Made-to-Order pieces! Each made-to-order item is handcrafted specifically for you. We are pleased to offer additional style, size, and fabric options beyond what is shown online. If you have any inquiries regarding our made-to-order pieces or wish to receive fabric samples, we encourage you to reach out to our shoppe before finalizing your order and one of our designers would be happy to assist. 

All made-to-order items are final sale once the order has been placed. Payment is made in full at the time of ordering. Once your order is placed, it is non-refundable. If you would like to call or come in-store, we can offer a 50% deposit payment upon ordering and 50% balance payment once your piece is complete. All other terms still apply.

Made-to-order pieces include delivery to our shop, where we also offer free local pick-up. For clients requiring shipping beyond local pick-up, additional charges will apply, and these can be quoted upon request.

Naturally, fabric varies from dye lot to dye lot, so we ask that you understand (and appreciate) that an exact match cannot be guaranteed. As wood finishes are applied by hand, you can expect up to a 10% color variation within the finished product. You are welcome to order samples of our fabrics ahead of placing an order to confirm your selection.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the finished product will fit inside entry points upon delivery of the item. Home and Cottages will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit into the buyer’s home.

• Made-to-Order Furniture:

  • Lead times typically range from 8-12 weeks, depending on the piece. It's important to note that these lead times are approximate and subject to change. We assure you that we will make every effort to communicate any adjustments to the estimated delivery schedule promptly.
  • For orders being picked up from the warehouse, we offer a 2-week complimentary storage. After that time, storage fees will apply unless a storage agreement has been agreement. Storage fees vary based on size of the order. 

• Made-to-Order Artwork:

  • Each piece of our vintage artwork is locally handmade with care. Depending on the production schedule, art prints take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to be made. You will be notified once your artwork has arrived at the shop and is ready for pickup or shipping.
