We are pleased to offer free in-store pickup for all orders. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pickup. All orders can be picked up from:

All rugs ship directly to you for FREE. Most custom order rugs ship direct from our supplier and can take 3-4+ weeks on average. If your item is backordered, we will contact you with an updated lead-time. 

For all other orders throughout Canada, we provide free shipping on orders over $250. Orders below this amount incur a flat-rate fee of $25, excluding furniture and certain large, delicate, and heavy items.

*Please note that oversized packages and those shipped to P.O. boxes may be subject to an additional fee. If applicable, you will be contacted via email before processing.

Returns

We offer merchandise credit or exchange for purchases in-store or online, excluding final sale items. Shipping costs, including those for orders over $250, will be deducted from your final credit total.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase, or receiving your package if ordered online. If you wish to make a return, please email info@homeandcottages.com before sending back your package, and include your order number and the items you wish to return. Returns can also be made in-person at our retail shop. 4723 91 Ave, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, T6B 2M7.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging for return items, return items that arrive damaged will not be accepted. Home & Cottages is not liable for lost or stolen packages. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. The client bears any costs associated with return shipping. Home & Cottages reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines.
