Stain vs. Paint

• A stain finish allows the natural character of the wood, such as knots and grain, to shine through. On the other hand, a paint finish offers the option of a clean or timeworn look. Opt for a solid painted piece with a clean finish or embrace a timeworn aesthetic with subtle sanding on the edges of doors, corners, mouldings, and leg turnings.
• To enhance its beauty and durability, we finish this piece with a satin acrylic polyurethane. While it's water washable, it is not suitable for harsh cleaning products.
